How to resolve an Offline PDAgent

 

What needs to be done?

 

Reconnecting the Print Director PDAgent when it is Offline

 

 

 

 

How do you do this?

  • Navigate to the folder where the Print Director PDAgent is installed, typically “C:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Swift Technologies\Print Director 2\PDAgent”
  • Locate the PDDBSettings.exe file and double left-click to open it.

 

Server name


Ensure the correct database connection settings are entered into the ‘Server name’ field.

 

This information is available from the Print Director Resource Manager. Select the ‘Tools’ Menu and click ‘Change Database connection settings.
