How to resolve a CMS Error (PD)

CMS Error – when initializing the printer:

 

The Cause of the issue:

  • Technicians make changes to the printer
  • Printer settings are configured

 

To resolve the issue:

  • Make sure the printer regional settings is set to Europe
  • The printer must be set to others 2
  • You need to run an update of the Print Director Software
  • Re-initialize the printer.
