Adding Dispatcher Paragon Cloud Printer (EU1) – Pre-installed Konica Minolta Native Print Driver

Obtain IPP URI for Dispatcher Paragon Cloud printing

• Go to https://ipp-gateway.eu1.dipa.cloud/
• Login with your Microsoft account > after successful authentication you will see your unique IPP URI, click the clipboard icon to copy the link to your clipboard. (You will need this later)

Adding Printer

• Next go to Printers & scanners on your PC (Start > Search for Printers & Scanners)
• Add device

• After search finishes choose option > Add manually

• Choose option, “Select a shared printer by name” and paste IPP URI from earlier step (Obtain IPP URI for Dispatcher Paragon Cloud printing) > Next

• On section for selecting print driver choose KONICA MINOLTA under Manufacturer and printer model example: KONICA MINOLTA C360i

Note: In case you don’t have a required KONICA MINOLTA print driver listed, a copy of the required print driver can be download from the Konica Minolta Download Centre: https://www.konicaminolta.eu/eu-en/support/download-centre

• Next… > Optional: Set as the default printer > Finish

This should create a new printer on your PC workstation called “Cloud Printer”

Setting Printer Defaults (Black & White Print, Duplex etc.)

• Go to Printers & Scanners on PC through settings (Start > Search for Printers & Scanners)
• Click on newly created printer “Cloud Printer” > Printer properties (Windows 11) or Select Mange on newly created printer “Cloud Printer” > Printer Properties (Windows 10)

• Configure > Obtain Settings > Uncheck Auto

• If printer has optional accessories for example Staple Finisher you can add option to the printer from Configure > Device Option > Finisher: example: FS-539 > Apply

• To set output default for colour settings and duplex: Advanced > Printing Defaults > My Tab

Select color: Set to Gray Scale to default to Black & White output, Print Type Select either 1-Sided or 2-Sided > Apply

Releasing Print Job/s at Printer

• Login to Dispatcher Paragon on Printer either with Card or PIN method

Print all – Releases all pending print jobs

My print jobs – Tapping My print jobs opens your print list and allows user to manually select print job/s for print or re-print a job

Logging out of printer

• Tap the log out icon on the home screen (top right)
