The required App for printing should be listed within the TU Dublin Portal as "TU Dublin Printing"
If you are on a Intune TU Dublin laptop, within company portal
You should see TU Dublin Printing App
However we have been informed by TU Dublin that in some cases "that if a user isn't the primary user on a laptop, they may not see anything in company portal, so that might be a call back to our service desk if that's the case." or "If they don't see company portal at all, i'd guess the laptop isn't intuned, which is another call back to us."
So it might be case you will need to reach out to TU Dublin service desk to get resolved.
